她曾是班里的班长，学习成绩名列前茅，一直是我学习的榜样。可是后来，他们班里转来了一个新同学，成绩超过了她，她非常嫉妒。每次比赛，如果是新同学得了奖，她总是对我说：“哼，有什么了不起的!要是没有他，这个奖非我莫属。他真可恶!”她不光在背后说同学的坏话，当面也经常对人家冷嘲热讽。同学们看到她这个样子，都不愿意和她做朋友了。她感到无比的孤独，成绩也越来越差，班长的位子也拱手让给了别人。看来，嫉妒真的要不得!

其实这都是“从众心理”在作怪。“从众”是一种比较普遍的社会心理和行为现象。通俗地解释就是“人云亦云”、“随大流”；大家都这么认为，我也就这么认为；大家都这么做，我也就跟着这么做。它也有双重性，消极的“从众”会抑制人的个性发展，使人变得无主见和墨守陈规，积极的“从众”，有助于学习他人的智慧和经验，扩大视野，改正固执己见的缺点。自然，生活中，我们要扬“从众”的积极面，避“从众”的消极面，努力培养和提高自己独立思考和明辨是非的能力；遇事和看待问题，既要慎重考虑多数人的意见和做法，也要有自己的思考和分析，从而使判断能够正确，并以此来决定自己的行动。凡事或都“从众”或都“反从众”都是要不得的。这同样适合我们的教学工作，名师的课堂精彩纷呈，确实有许多过人之处，但是一味地照搬照抄，也未必就是好办法，从课堂和学生的实际出发，设计教学过程，那才是真正精彩的课堂！
