对于这特殊时期的特殊体验，有不足有收获，以下我谈谈自己的一些经验和反思。

一、教师心态的调整

线上教学对于教师来讲，准备的不仅指上课设备的齐全、网络的保障、操作的熟悉、上课内容的规划，更指从内心对网课的接纳，班主任尤其需要站在班级的角度做足准备。作为班主任，我们既要上传下达，也要统筹安排自己的班级大小事务。因此，我们更需要明确学校课程安排、班级事务安排等。总而言之，教师要调整心态、转变观念，只有自己提前适应这样的模式，才能有条不紊地开展教学、管理班级。

二、在线教学

在实际的线上教学中，学生面对的不是老师，而是一块块冰冷的屏幕，对于自律性不强的学生来说，里面传出的是“可有可无”的声音。部分学生甚至没有一个良好的坐姿和学习环境来进行线上听课，教学效果大打折扣。针对此问题，我在课堂上多采用点名提问的方式来提醒部分自律性不强的学生注意听课。

另外，线上教学时长制约了课堂呈现方式与内容的设置。在传统的线下教学中，一课时解决不了的问题可以两课时，甚至三课时，直到大部分学生弄明白，达到教学的目标。但在线上教学时，学生面对冰冷的电子屏幕，时间一长学生就会有疲劳感，降低学习的效，而且会极大的提高学生的近视几率。所以线上直播教学一节课最高不超过四十分钟，虽然这是对学生的保护，但又成了教师授课的制约。

因此这不得不逼迫授课教师在课堂呈现方式与内容上做取舍。如何尽可能的在四十分钟内讲更多的内容，那就只能教师讲得多，学生思考得少，师生互动就更少。针对这个问题，我在实际线上教学中先将课文中关键知识点的问题罗列出来，布置预习作业，让学生在预习作业里完成这些问题。然后在线上授课时，除了非必要回答的问题皆通过插入学生预习作业的回答来串讲课文知识点，以达到既让学生思考了课文内容，也做到了时间上的节约。

虽然线上教学是目前疫情时期不得已而为之的方式，依旧有许多需要克服的困难，但线上教学依旧有其优势。我相信只要做到扬长避短，让线上与线下相辅相成，依然可以为教育教学继续添砖加瓦。最后，希望这场无声的战疫能够赶紧结束，我们相约校园见！

倒吸一口凉气，期末意味着什么？一个学期快过去了！
